Regulated by rule. Evidenced by design.

Financial services is a regulated category on GateCore by rule: every settled transaction runs under the enhanced governance tier, every agent action leaves a signed record, and human review is a control, not a policy memo.

Is this you?

Four situations.

  • Agents are being wired toward client data and money movement with controls that live in documents.
  • A compliance question about what an agent did has no per-action record to point at.
  • Prospect leads arrive with consent stories your file cannot evidence.
  • Every experiment with agents stalls in review because nothing can demonstrate restraint.
What you get

Controls that are controls.

Built fail-closed, reviewed by named humans, receipted throughout.

01
Governance

Every agent action through the gate

Identity, policy, trust, and pricing checks on every action, fail-closed. Consequential actions hold for a named reviewer with funds in escrow.

02
Evidence

A per-action record for the file

Request, decision, rule, approver, and settlement on an append-only, exportable ledger. The compliance answer becomes a lookup.

03
Growth

Verified prospect introductions

Where you buy introductions, they arrive from identified sources with stated consent and a signed receipt, under your listing's contract.

By use case

Each product, mapped to the job it does here.

Only the use cases that genuinely apply in this industry are listed.

UC1
Use case · Govern access

Agents near money, governed

Per-agent identity, per-action policy, review queues for consequential actions, and spend that is priced and reserved before execution. The record is exportable for your examiners and your own file.

Gateway checkpoint · policy + review queue · governed data sharing · receipts

UC2
Use case · Sell to agents

Introductions under enhanced governance

Verified, consented prospect introductions delivered under your contract. As a regulated category, settled transactions run at the 10% enhanced governance tier by rule.

Marketplace listing · verified lead delivery · settlement + signed receipts

UC3
Use case · Get discovered

Readable to the assistants clients ask

Clients increasingly ask assistants to shortlist providers. Your listing's terms are readable with no account; Merchant and Concierge sharpen the content: content work, never placement.

Open MCP discovery · agent-readable terms · listing optimization tiers

How it works

Six gates, in order, on every request.

If any gate fails, nothing is delivered and nothing is billed.

01
IDENTITY
The submitting agent signs the request with its issued key. Anonymous submissions are refused.
PASS
02
TRUST
Standing earned from verified outcomes, never asserted and never bought.
GOOD
03
CONTRACT
Your listing's contract states the required fields, the stated consent, and the price. Short payloads are refused.
MET
04
POLICY
Your rules decide: products, licensed jurisdictions, ceilings per source. Consequential actions hold for review.
ALLOW
05
DELIVER
The introduction lands in your existing intake. Nothing installs in your core systems.
DONE
06
RECEIPT
Source, decision, payload hash, and settlement, signed onto an append-only ledger.
RECEIPT

Refused submissions are never billed, and every refusal names the rule.

What it costs

The published schedule, no asterisks.

Published rates are ceilings: volume pricing is negotiated down, never up.

SETTLEMENT
When money settles through the marketplace: 5% of settled volume plus $0.25 per settlement event. Small transactions batch into daily or monthly settlements, your choice, so the fixed fee spreads across the batch.

DEVELOPER

FAQ

The two that come up first.

Why is financial services always at the 10% tier?
Regulated categories, and any transaction of $1,000 or more, settle under enhanced governance, which includes the elevated review and audit posture. The standard schedule is 5% of settled volume plus 25 cents per settlement event, and published rates are ceilings, negotiated down at volume, never up.
Does this satisfy our regulator?
We will not claim that. GateCore supplies per-action identity, policy enforcement, human review, and a signed, exportable record, which is the evidence a supervision program needs. Whether a given use meets your obligations is your compliance team's and counsel's call.
