Is this you?

Four situations.

  • A governance mandate with a date, and no record of what agents did.
  • Human-in-the-loop lives in a document, not a control.
  • Automated clients pull your records portal unidentified.
  • Fixed budgets, no ceiling on automated spend.
What you get

An accountable control point.

One gate that can refuse, and oversight questions answer themselves.

01
Authorization

Nothing consequential runs unreviewed

Policy holds any action for a named human, funds in escrow. Evidenced, not asserted.

02
Evidence

An append-only record you export

Every decision names the rule, the key, and the operator. Exportable for IG review.

03
Ownership

Policy you write and own

Ordered rules, first match wins. A policy edit, not a redeployment. Every change attributed.

How it works

Six gates, in order, on every request.

If any gate fails, nothing executes and no money moves.

01
IDENTITY
Per-agent signature. Replayed and stale requests refused.
PASS
02
TRUST
Standing comes from verified outcomes, not claims.
GOOD
03
POLICY
Your rules decide. Consequential ones route to a named human.
HOLD
04
RESERVE
Reserved against the program balance. Runaways hit a ceiling.
HELD
05
EXECUTE
Only the approved action, at the approved scope.
DONE
06
RECEIPT
Decision, rule, approver, and settlement, signed to the record.
RECEIPT

A refusal names the exact rule that said no. THE FULL STORY →

Live today

Shipped, and where the path runs next.

Reviewers get this split up front, because finding it later kills a deal.

Running in production

Available today

  • Append-only, exportable audit of every mediated action
  • Human-review gating, funds held until an operator decides
  • Agency-owned ordered policy, first match wins
  • Per-agent Ed25519 identity, full key lifecycle
  • Replay protection and freshness windows
  • Fail-closed services, isolated databases
The record-holder side

Custody is the other half.

Outside agents already pull your records with no identity, scope, or log. Route that traffic through the gate and the requester is a registered entity, scope and redaction are enforced, and every record is logged.

Metering runs at zero as well as at a price. Free records stay free.

FAQ

The two that come up first.

Are you FedRAMP authorized?
We build exactly what an authorization asks for: signed per-agent identity, per-action policy, service isolation, and an append-only record, and we support your accreditation with the documentation your security team needs. GateCore holds no FedRAMP authorization or ATO today, so if your acquisition requires one in hand, you hear that on the first call, not in the security review.
Can we charge for public records?
The record can stay free while the service around it is funded. Identity, enforced scope, rate limits, redaction, and a complete log of every record pulled all run at any price, including zero. Where your jurisdiction already permits a fee, the rail is built today. Which categories qualify is your counsel's call, statute by statute, and we will never put a number in front of a citizen that your law does not support.
