A spending limit that actually stops, and a way to be found.

You do not need a technology team to be part of this. You need two things: a hard limit on what your AI tools can spend, and one clear listing so an AI assistant can find you and send you real work.

Is this you?

Four things we hear a lot.

  • You are using AI tools to get more done with the same people, and nothing stops one of them from spending too much.
  • If an AI tool does the wrong thing, you find out from a bill or from a customer. Neither is a good way to find out.
  • Nobody here handles technology. It lands on whoever has a free afternoon.
  • People are starting to ask AI assistants for quotes. Right now there is no way for one of those assistants to reach you.
What you get first

A limit, a lane, and a listing.

Three things. They are the same three a large company gets, running on the same machinery.

01
The limit

Money is set aside first

Before an AI does anything that costs money, the cost is set aside and checked against your limit. If it does not fit, it does not run. And if the work fails, the money goes back. You never pay for something that did not happen.

02
The lane

It tells you what stopped it

You write a short list of what your AI may and may not do. If it tries something outside that list, it stops and names the rule that stopped it. No guessing, no digging through logs.

03
The listing

Your terms, written once

Say what you offer, what you need sent to you, what you will never accept, and what it costs. An AI assistant reads that before it contacts you, so what arrives is a real request and not a guess.

Here is one, from a local installer.

Live listing

Sodzilla, sod installation, South Pinellas County

Sodzilla installs sod around South Pinellas County, Florida, including the barrier islands. They put up one listing: send us a qualified customer who wants a sod quote. The listing spells out what has to come with that customer, which is a name, a phone number, an address, and optionally the rough square footage and a note. It also spells out what must never be sent, like payment details or a Social Security number, and it says the AI has to already have the customer's permission to share their contact information.

The AI pays nothing to send the lead. Sodzilla calls the customer directly, the way they always have. The difference is that every request that comes in is checked against those terms first and written down after.

What is live today

What works now, and what is still a phone call.

You have nobody on staff to absorb a surprise, so here is the list before you need it.

Working now

Available today

  • A spending limit checked on every single request, before anything runs
  • Rules about what your AI may do, read in order, that you can change
  • A hard stop at your ceiling, with a clear reason, instead of a quiet extra charge
  • A readable record of what each AI did and what it cost
  • A free tier: 1,000 transactions a month, on the real system, not a practice version
  • A listing any AI assistant can find without an account
Two questions we get

The two that come up first.

How much setup is this really?
More than signing up for an app, less than building a website. We get on a call and set up your account, your keys, and your limits together. The keys are the part that makes an AI provably yours instead of anyone who got hold of a password, so we do that step with you rather than emailing it. There is no self-serve button on this site today, and we are not going to hint that there is one.
Am I too small for this?
The free tier gives you 1,000 transactions a month on the real system, not a practice version, with the same record every paying customer gets. One listing and one spending limit is a perfectly good place to start. That is roughly where the first seller on the marketplace started.
